Boards of Appeal IP Mediation Tertulia – is an event organised in the European Union Intellectual Property Office – EUIPO in Alicante on 12 june 2025.
The purpose of the even is Unlocking the Full Potential of IP Mediation at the EUIPO with moderator of the even Mr. Sven Stürmann, President of the EUIPO Boards of Appeal
Aglika Ivanova, Trade Mark Attorney at IP Consulting Ltd. was invited and participated as panelist during the section focused on Navigating IP Mediation: Key Do’s and Don’ts from Both Sides of the Table.
The purpose of the panel was to share practical experience about mediation with a focus on do’s and don’ts, promote discussion on ADR topics and motivate representatives to use the Mediation Centre’s services.
