The EUIPO is the European Union Intellectual Property Office responsible for managing the EU trade mark and the registered Community design. It works with the IP offices of the EU Member States to offer a similar registration experience for trade marks and designs across Europe.

EU trade mark

The European union intellectual property Office (EUIPO)  introduces a new EU trade mark filing form from 31 January 2023.

The new filing form for IP representatives, designed with input from IP experts, was launched in August 2022. It is intuitive, easy to use and has new features, including:

  • A new responsive design;
  • Contextual help and guidance;
  • Configuration options that allow you to tailor your filing experience (for example you can choose whether or not to use Fast Track and choose how to pay).
  • The  Fast Track service or trade marks allows the applicants to get trade mark published in half the time or less. It is considered to be also more secure and predictable when it comes to examination.
